Delivery Time
Delivery time can vary depending on different factors. We calculate delivery time by taking our estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery time for you.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. Normally it takes up to three working days to process an order for shipping.
It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive earlier than our stated delivery estimate.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Why Packages are Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the "View or change entries in my address book" link under My Account. Click either the Edit button or the Delete button beneath the address you want to change or remove.
Address Format. If a post office box address was entered, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
Lost Package Policy
If a package being sent via regular air or ground mail did not arrive in 8 (eight) weeks after the shipping date and all attempts to track this package have failed, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded
RETURN POLICY
You must get a Return Authorization from us before sending anything back.
You may return most items sold by nowreplica.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping and handling cost.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items except you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 weeks of our receiving your return. Returns of merchandise purchased with a Gift Voucher will be credited in the form of Gift Voucher.
How Refunds Are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines may (or may not) receive only partial refunds. The percentage of partial refund will be designated on our sole discretion.
If you used a gift voucher to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply unless the return was caused by our error.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies
